For the courtesy of other patients and in order to promote complete relaxation, we ask that your turn all cell phones off during your visit to our facility.

Please do not bring children under the age of 16 to our facility unless they are scheduled for service. Minors under the age of 18 will need signed parental consent in order to receive services.
